Hi ,

I was working in Mphasis LTD from NOV-2006 to DEC-2007.I have resigned form the company officially and while exit interview ,I have filled the request to close the PF.

After that I have been in the office for 3 times for the same reason.I have never found and HR who have time to speek to thier Ex Employees.Every time I went thier they asked to contact the security to get the form to fill .I have done the same .After that if we need any clarification ,Nobody is there to help us with.I am feeling so sorry for the people in Mphasis.HR dept really does everything to screw up the employees satisfication.When Mphasis talk about Integrity ,I feel pity on them.Let them respect the value of people ,then let them talk about all thies values.

I am not sure if this is going to help me with my concern.But I would like to inform this is happeneing in Multinational companies as well.

It is very sad to inform that I have been working in Mphasis an HP company for 3 years and when I had issues which were reported to the HR first they denied every thing and later they accepted some and rest were ignored.
For getting this issue resolved it took 9 months but only half the issue was resolved as spoke to The CEO, and I was told that dont think that because i spoke to the CEO the issue is resolved. A very diplomatic answer given.

I raised the issue again as the issues were not resolved and new issues arised withthe same issue this year.

All the Hr involved have left the company and when I contacted the New Hr guys regarding the same , I had informed that the issue is going on for long and I will escalate the issue.
I was called for a meeting and was taken for a ride with all the issue happened throughout my worklife in the company and was asked to shut my mouth and keep working or action will be taken against me.

Please note that the Company has not given any hike in salary till date what we got is market correction.
All intigrity issues were notified to the whistle blower team, but instead any actions being taken the person was promoted, there are new joiniees in the company who are earning higher salary then we older guys evn they being freshers.

This is injustice and there is no one to take care of this.
When things are pointed out, I am being told that I am spoiling my carrier in the company as well as my personal life.

Kindly let me know where should I take the complaintto get a solution on all the issues in the company as I dont want to Leave my hard earned money.

We have won over the Management by throwing Stupid Mosin out of this organisation Mosin, harsha Rishi RAJEEV, VARTIKA PARAM satpal had exploited Bharat, Nanda, Namrata Mandar, Darvinedr AND MANY OTHERS WITHOUT ANY REASON its your turn now to learn a lesson for your deeds u all guys had made our lifes miserable just wanted to tell u that ''it wasn't your papas company the way u reacted to the problems. mosin u are a biggest loser without job now u also had a habbit like satpall & vartika and rajiv putting ur legs in others matters.Vartika will also be thrown out of this comany soon richard u are a non sensible person who takes credit for what other do u have lot of ego and u a biggest chamcha of shibu the mallu sorry i forgot another sardar param who is shibu 2nd chamcha .shibu are u gay or something i use to feel when i use to see u and param.mosin and rajiv u guys are real pain for people mosin u told me once that i will be thrown out soon .today the same management has kicked ur and [censored]ed u out i wish same hapens to others as well...Thanks shibu and get new chamcha from outside and give them positions here.and [censored] others

Hi agree to the above statemnt i belive that it was a plan but namrata herself was cought. i feel sorry for mohsin but good he is out from this unthankfull management.
God bless u mohsin i wish u do better in your career. all the best we are missing u a lot. things are changing in the organisation there are back to back resignation due to dissatisfaction from the management. Namrata u dont desrve anything in your life.

Namrata was a she could not satisfy her husband what else do u expect from her like Vartika & Biryaniwali Parveen. Mohsin u had lot of attitude & aggression in your behaviour u deserve this but not from Namrata and Nanda Group. I guess You were the only person i admirred afetr Kapil but u did not use ur powers in a proper manner and got punished for the same. you are very arrogant and short tempered. guess who i am? . u like to pull legs of popple in front of the crowd which nobody liked hated u for the same howver u have helped me and others a lot but still i think whatver happed was for good. i hate the management and just waiting for the right time to move out of this dump.how can Ronney become a LOT WHEN he has not even completed 1yr shibu stop discrimination you have to repay.Rajiv your a not of one father like richard.

Command center is incomplete without Bharat the command cneter king this all happened becouse of Mohsin & Harsha these , childrens of are getting punished now for pushing Bharat out from command center. You guys had personal grudges against him due to which he had to resign and was on the verge of getting his career spolied.howver he got a MIS job in IBM with better package but your careers got spoiled ...
Param is the biggest fool who could not utilise bharat in a proper manner and also disliked him and nver did gave him a second chance now u are suffering for it.
How can i forget our sardar singh who has become a sdm now he was the biggest culprit behind this. satpal learn to talk first without stopping then only you will achive seccess till then welcome to santander.

Hi i am totally against of the Decision taken by Shibu to remove Mohsin. Mohsin was a very honest and had worked very hard he is to stay back in office for 13 hrs everday and hjave lot initatives on the floor which was taken for the benifit of employees. Mohsin was removed because this people could not affort him to become a manager in the process. They knew Mohsin is hard working and had the goodwill ro convince employee for overtime and performance also. He had a solution for all the problems. he never refused to help employees. He was arrogant i cannot denie that however there are pro and cons in every human body. Management has taken a descion which was not at all right due to which there are lot of employee scared and have no Faith in the Management system due to which the empoyees are leaving their jobs. Management had started to go back to the old days now. there are lot of employee who have worked hard for the process and now are resigning because of the issue. Banyan Management is the worst management in Mphasis. Shibu has come as a changed man now. He has lot of attitude which is harming the Management after few people leaving their job Banyan will loose what it earned in last few days. Stop harrasing people in the name of performance.
Bash and other events will not change the empoyees view towards the management. Anirudh, Rishi & others can never be forgotten.
Please open your eyes Richard take the charge.

My PF settlement is not yet done.I tried checking on their EPFO website the status of my claim but most of the times it comes up with an error or it says that the claim is not received by the office.Iam going through financial crisis and i need the P[censored]rgently.Please note I have attached the receipt that was sent to me by my company(Mphasis Pvt Ltd) which shows when it was received by them.My PF no: KN/16573/26849. Please help.

I have given resignation to emphasis on 5th october and i served my notice period of 30th days and mt lst date is on 5th novemeber, as you knw i ve been given a service period of 30days...then i given my id card on 8th december.
Nw i got a recovery letter frm emphasis stating that i need to pay RS.3567 to get my relieving letter ...
so i m stating that i have been served my notice period , why i shd pay that much amt.
But in that relieving letter they mentioned that have been setteled final settlemant amt but i dnt get any amt in my bank,oly i got my salary on 1st novemeber after that i didnt get any amount.so..pls do need ful for me...pls recover my final and full settlement amt..

Hi,

I (Sunny Ranjan Emp ID 2142987) used to work in MphasiS till 24th Jun 2010.
Till date (3rd Jan 2011) my final settlement was not done and my service certificate is not given.

If i need to pay something (legally) to company, they can inform. But they are unnecessarily holding my things and troubling me a lot. When i resigned i was given with a email id [protected]@mphasis.com and its phone number 40275858 which is not at all useful. I had sent many mails and called many times. Still my issue is not resolved.

Could you help me on this.

This is so disgustion when the people who have been given power to help and save they start exploiting this is so sad that nobody has the authority to do anything because from the lower management to the higher every body is useless there was a incident one of the manager was not well he was suffering from DENGUE and he reported to work and later when he informed his Manager they did not let him go today he is in ICU and i dont think anybody in the managemnet evan bothered to go to the hospital. it is so sad to know that for these people the agents are just number.

I am Kameswar Rao. I was with Mphasis BFL ltd. an year back and finally the company agreed to clear my PF in the month of December 2009. Sent the necessary documentation to the company for PF claim in January 2010. the same was not submitted to the PFO until 25Feb 2010. After that I have been trying to contact the office to know the status and I am not able to find anybody to give me info. I was given a number by the co. to contact.[protected] and the[protected] out of which the first number is out of service and the second number rings but no responce. I tried to reach out to my prev co. but they are not ready to take up resposibility to help me further from this. It is close to 84 days from the date of submission and still no clearance to the bank. and no update what so ever. My Co. SAP no. 02044396 and the PF no. KN/16573/14587. Please help me know the status or guide me with a contact to know the status. I need the money desperately as i have to pay off my loans.

Myself Yogesh U. Potdar, I was working in your firm in Mumbai(goregoan) as service desk technical support associate. I gave my resignation on 17th january 2010.I have not yet received my salary for month of JAN-2010. My employee ID is 2130389.It was told to me by HR that I'll receive my salary cheque within 45-90days, but even after four months i have not yet received my salary cheque. I request you to do the needful as soon as possible, and kindly let me know the status about my salary cheque.My ticket no. for the complaint registered with mphasis is 314875 for the letter which i have already sent to HR help desk on 16th april, but i have not received any reply yet.

Hi this is Deepak From The Bangalore for PF claim in the Mphasis Mr. Sathish is Tacking care of this But
in this is company its to difficult get the pf for calling the Hr helpdesk i have spent more then 700Rs One day i was in the hold for 68 min but no one has answerd my line so am requesting concern people to fix this is issue ..

Gaurav sharma and arpit patel..

We are unable to take any action against wrong thing happening in company due to they stops us every time and when inspections also comes they supports but not properly..
And if we launched complain against any wrong thing in company we are being stopped by them or we are being terminated any how after few days as per policies faults.

They never helps any one just always supports managers...

They shows they are supporting us in front of higher authorities but really they are not helping they are killing employees.

My son's PF Claim is pending with MphasiS - that company is blaming that EPF Office is not accepting their Claim for the past three months or so. PF Office says they never received any Claim. Whom do you believe? The fact is even after 3 months of submitting the verified Claim the PF is not settled.

MphasiS states that PF Office refuses to take bulk claims -why? And why bulk claims - is there a mass exodus from MphasiS?
