Till date (3rd Jan 2011) my final settlement was not done and my service certificate is not given.

My son's PF Claim is pending with MphasiS - that company is blaming that EPF Office is not accepting their Claim for the past three months or so. PF Office says they never received any Claim. Whom do you believe? The fact is even after 3 months of submitting the verified Claim the PF is not settled.

MphasiS states that PF Office refuses to take bulk claims -why? And why bulk claims - is there a mass exodus from MphasiS?...
