[Resolved] Mphasis — PF form related wrong information provided through
My name is Neeta Rathva I My Employee ID-2180102 I had submitted my PF form in month of August as that was reject due to PF form has been changed. Again I send new form as provide me in mail on 1st Nov.on 14 Nov. I got confirmation that they receive my PF form after than I called on Customer care no.[protected] first that lady told me that still they not receive my PF form after than i told her that i getting confirmation from your side that they receive my PF form after than she check detail & inform yes you are right your PF new PF from receive & now it is correct no issue The amount will be dispatch in your account within 50 days now Today on 22/11/14 I receive mail that your PF form reject due to old from submitted .I attach 3 mails to you which I receive. I am really fed up with your process & need money & its my money but still you people are not able to do my help you people are not on same page.I sent New PF form so i am dot agree with your reason of PF form rejection. My question is that why you people are not giving proper response to your Ex.Employee your HR team of vadodara has no proper knowledge for PF & F&F so who is responsible for this all problem? I hope i'll receive proper responce from your side & please take necessary action on vadodara HR team so Employee like me are not getting frosted more because Mphasis is brand name but because this type few people spoil the same image.
