Mphasis — PF Trust Transfer Amount

Hi there

I had resigned from Mphasis in January 2022 since then I have been struggling to transfer my PF amount from Mphasis PF trust to my current organisation. Even Mphasis is not providing me Annexure K which is required from my current organisation. I initiated form 13 dated 28/04/2022 with Tracking ID:[protected] and Mphasis PF account number PYBOM[protected]. However, I am unable to see any PF transfer from Mphasis to my current organisation. I have tried to contact Mphasis service desk so many times. They keep on asking to send form 13 again and again, every time a new representative from either HR or mphasisqueries team come around and keep on asking the same questions and all case history. I have escalated this to the EPFO grievance as well however, they say its PF trust so contact them, its been to and fro in between EPFO and PF Trust. I want my hard earned money to be transferred over to my current organisation PF trust account which is not happening at all. Kindly assist me in transferring my hard earned PF money to another account. Is this so hard to do it from Mphasis?
