My employee id is 2343998, I have given resignation on 27th May 2022 and till today date ie.. 24th Nov 2022 I am chasing continuously to transfer my PF amount. I have already initiated PF transfer request and submitted required forms like FORM 13 as well, but Mphasis is intentionally not taking any action to transfer my PF and blocking money.

My last working date with Mphasis was on 24th September, 2021.

I have raised my PF transfer request 2.5 months back directly by sending out an email to Mphasis PF team. The transfer to my current employer has not been done till date after constantly following up.

I have my mother’s surgery and would require my PF to be transferred to my current employer as soon as possible....

I was working with MPhasis for 13 years and left company last year February 2021. I have withdrawn some amount from my PF account on 2017 for personnel emergency. I have raised request in ex-employee service portal of Mphasis to update exit date in EPFO portal.
Mphasis updated wrong exit date in EPFO portal. I have raised multiple requests to update correct exit date. There is no update on the ticket.

I worked for Mphasis for 17 years and resigned on 3rd April 2022.

As per their policy(as mentioned in the document shared with Relieving letter) employee need to wait for 2 months from the date of leaving to apply for PF withdrawal. I submitted all the required documents to Mphasis office address as mentioned in the policy via courier and it was received by Mphasis on June 13th.

I worked at Mphasis for 30 months(from 26/07/22 to 10/01/19). I have joined the a new organization. The EPFO portal is not reflecting the PF amount that is contributed by MPHASIS while I was working there.
