Epf transfer not yet done to my current pf account

I was working with mphasis from the year 2019 to 2020 and after i left the organization and moved to a new one i applied for online pf transfer request.

As per them the amount is transferred online and they shared the anneture-k but the amount is not yet transferred to my current pf account and as per pf department no transfer request came from my name.

There is no other way of contacting the pf team apart from...

getting call for customer number multiple times

I got a call from customer number still i cut the call. When i receive the call no one is talking. Sometimes one boy is talking and he talks bad language. Please take an action on this because someone is calling me morning 6 am and during night also. I am providing number from where i got call.

Not issuing form 16

Greetings!!

This is to bring to your notice that i served mphasis limited since october 13, 2014 to august 28, 2015. however, in spite of multiple followups i did not receive my form 16 for last financial year yet. i logged cases (ref: 957272 & 966532) with mphasis hr helpdesk; however, both the cases were closed stating that i have to wait for 10-12 working days.

Final settlement not done after 2 months of resignation

Hi,

I (Srinivasarao Potnuru Emp ID 2057192) used to work in MphasiS till 3rd Nov 2009.
Till date (19th Jan 2010) my final settlement was not done and my service certificate is not given. I had submitted them PF withdraw forms and and now they are quoting they did n't receive the same.

If i need to pay something (legally) to company, they can inform. But they are unnecessarily holding my things and...

Sick leave not given

I was suffering through deacese called IBS in which I used to go to washroom 10 to 15 times a days as I was not able to digest anything that I eat. I left Mphasis on 30th June 2022 and had raised a PF transfer request at EPFO portal. However, the balance is not transferred yet and the request is marked as complete. I found that as Mphasis PF is an exempted trust, the transfer process is different.please advice as the ex employee portal is not working.

    Finally PF amount transferred is only from mphasis to epam systems. Amount transferred from L&T to Mphasis is not transfrred
