Mphasis — pf withdrawal being delayed

With reference to pf num bg/bng/25075/103996, uan[protected]. Being rejected for pf withdrawal through online multiple times, i managed to send the pf withdrawal application offline on 2nd may and i got rejection mail on 15th may mentioning the signature field is missing when i was specific about it. Howevwr i have sent it again on 16th may and havent received any acknowledgmenet mail yet. Im in need of money and theres no response from the team, i am not abke to contact helpdesk as well and the link which they have shared in mail to raise queries doesnt work either. There are my frriends too complainong the same issue and its mentioned we would be receiving pf money within 7 working days.
