Mphasis — Update exit date in my employees provident fund portal account

Hi,

I am Vijayabaskar an ex employee on Mphasis.
Recently i was trying to transfer my Mphasis pf account balance to my current epf account.
But I am receiving some error in portal.
So I contacted epf to resolve it and they asking to update the relieving date.

So kindly update my relieving date[protected] in the employees provident fund portal.
