[Resolved]  Mpokket — I have paid all my outstanding loan with penalty on February 2022 but still its showing loan status is active.

I have paid all my outstanding loan with penalty on February 2022 but still its showing loan is active, 6 months ago i raised a complaint here they said please mention as resolved we will work in backend to close it. Now i tried to take a loan for bank they are saying i am having outstanding loans from mpokket.
Please help me to resolve it.
