[Resolved]  Mpokket — Collection agent is blackmailing and threatening

Hi, I have taken a loan from Mpokket and there was a delay in payment but some how I'm trying to arrange the money and paying the loan amount but the executives from Mpokket doesn't know anything and they will follow the script to talk nothing else. I have a already informed several times that I'm facing some medical emergency in the family and I will arrange the money on 5 May 2024 but they are not listening and now finally, Mpokket team is blackmailing and threatening with the local collection agent and he was very rude and threatening me like anything. Please give me time until 5 May 2024, I will close the loan otherwise waiver the full interest amount. I will arrange and close the loan tomorrow (25/04/24).
