It's been 45 days i have cleared all my dues on mpocket, still credit report shows your loan is active and overdue . Because of mpocket my cibil has got affected severally, after paying all the dues with hefty fine, still we have to bear all these stuffs. Now I can't even get a new loan due to bad cibil.
As you said it will be updated within 45 days, so am writing this for you for not updating my report. do issue the NOC or send the updated reports to the respected bureau.

This my 5-6th complaint against mpokket

Why you are not able to slove ... .. When loan is overdue you charge hefty fees ... Now bcoz of you (mpokket )my credit score
Is falling.. You must be responsible for this

I am Vibhanshu Pant and this is regarding loan settlement and closure.
I am a student and I didn't get any of the pocket money from my family. Also my family is facing a financial crisis.
I want to close the Mppoket loans. Hence I humbly request you to please remove the penalty amount and share me the link for making the final payment of the principle amount and provide me NOC for that....

I have been taken 17000, but now it is showing 40k rupees, my situation is very bad, my father got hospitalized, can you please give the waiver. I have recieved calls from mpokket they are using abused language. Can you please reduce the amount I will pay it.

This is sumanth i have taken loan from mpokket in my college days but i not paid at that time due to covid so that i completely forgot about my payment and they increased interest as much as they can i took 10, 000 now they are telling to pay 36000 but i cant pay that much i want waiver from my penalities so that i can clear my pending dues immediately please look into it and bring me out from this problem.

I took loan from mpocket I am unable to login into the app because I lost my phone with my mpocket registered mobile number so I want change my registered mobile number login into the app and pay my loan tried to contact mpocket by call and email but there is no response at all please help me with this issue.

I took five loans from mpokket and 3 loans were disbursed but 2 loans of 500 and 2000 was not disbursed in my account, I mailed the mpokket support mail but didn't get any reply, i repayed the amount of 3 loans which were disbursed but they still calling for the payment of 2 loans which were not disbursed and now it's kinda mental torcher for me...pls resolve my issue...
