[Resolved]  Mpokket — i make loan repayment of mpokket but my amount debited from account and mpokket system said you payment fail

I paid my loan amount of 2708, after that it was showing repayment under process and then after few minutes it is showing that the repayment has failed. I paid the loan amount through debit card (Screenshot is provided), as you can see payment has been made to mpokket and it was successful. The amount was paid but it is still showing that loan is due and the repayment has failed
