[Resolved]  Mpokket — Penalty was so high so I can't pay pls waived off my late fee

I have a very old customer relation in mpokket
Few months back i will not able to pay 5000 loans for my family and job issue...then mpokket as a penalty ask to pay 10320 which is very high . I'm not currently in situation to pay such amount..so i want to request mpokket to waived off my penalties then i will pay my loans now and close my all loans.
