[Resolved]  Mpokket — Plzz Waived off my penalties

I have a very old customer relation in mpokket
Few months back i will not able to pay 8000 loans for my family and job issue...then mpokket as a penalty ask to pay 18000 which is very high after some time i payed 9000 rupess and now my loan is 8640 . I'm not currently in situation to pay such amount..so i want to request mpokket to waived off my penalties then i will pay my loans now and close my all loans.
