[Resolved]  Mpokket — Requesting waive off my penalty

I have taken 10500 from mpokket now they are asking to pay 23500 as total amount with penalty charges and i have dropped many mail to connect with for wavie currently our finical situation is not good kindly wavie of the penalty charges i will pay rest of amount please do this
I am very much thank ful for this if you wavier the penalty charges
