I have opened a agrobond for 36 month under the mps greenery developers ltd on 24.01.2013, for yearly bond amount of rs. 55, 500/-. I have deposited this much of amount for two years after that i was told that the company will not take further installment and will return the amount after maturation i. E. On january 2016. But now it came to know that the mps greenery developers ltd is in some legal tangle as per my representative of mps version. Please advice me how to get the money of matured agrobond from mps greenery developers ltd. The contact numbers at the company web site are not functioning and the then representative of mps is also unable to give me a concrete answer.

after three years Me (a agent) & my all memeber not return any amount from MPS Greenery. They are cheated us and now others all member are threaten me, abuse me all time.
i already deposited all kyc details theirs Lake town office. and i have all received copy of that. but result is a big Zero.
I really don't know that are you help me or not, but if you not help us then i have an only one way to solve this problem...

Dear mps i sohan singh s/o ranjit singh residence of ranchi jharkhand had 2 monthly policies of 1500 each from october 13 to september 14. My agent name is vicky juneja. But when i asked for my money he told that the bond is misplaced by him. And now he asked me for affidavit from court n taken 2 month time for the procedure. I want money for my sister marriage but he refused to give my hard earned money. I want to know that my deposited money is with u or taken by my agent. Please help me.

I have a bond which matured on 11/09/2015 but till date I not got the refund. Mrs. Sipra sil is the agent, always saying will return. What to do. I am totally disappointed with the same. I need money for my son marriage. I m private employee and my wife is house wife. Mrs. Sipra sil is too smart lady, she convinced my wife that do not give any information to husband you can earn little bit more with interest.

How she is cheating the innocent poor people. I will provide proper document and proof about MPS and his agent Sipra sil. I think she still doing same job may be with other name.

Dear Sir, I have a policy with your company. The policy number is A/01/11/009632. It was opened on 18/01/2011 and supposed to be matured on 18/01/2014. But regret to say that till now I did not receive the maturity amount. Neither I know wether it is possible that I will receive the amount or have been cheated by a fraud company. MPS Greenery Developers Ltd ( registered office at Jhargram, West Midnapur, West Bengal ) has been deceiving its investors for the last 12 months or more. A huge number of investors have not receiving their maturity amount, monthly payment, etc. Surprisingly, no political party or any media is raising their voices against the company. The cheated investors have formed an association to fight against the company. They have already showed their disappointment standing on the street at various places at Kolkata but media persons were not present there, may be for some unholy reasons. Now, who will guide those cheated investors ? What is their way out ?

I am one of the employee of MPS GREENERY DEVELOPERS LTD, working for this company since last 5 yrs. But since last one year and above we are getting irregular salaries, no fixed date of salary, we are getting salary in parts, feb2014 & march 2014 salaries are arrear, company is deducting PF, P.TAX, ESIC from our gross salary but COMPANY is not depositing PF and other deduction to the respective depts for last 14 months.


We are in tremendous financial crisis and hence we are requesting to please look into the same and save us from the inhumanity of the company.

sir, i suhas bhattacharya, son of late arup kumar bhattacharya invested 7lakh rupees on four bonds under M.I.S scheme having bond no.KA001/O/03/11/026054, KA001/O/12/10/014714, KA001/O/12/10/014724 and KA001/O/12/10/010855. Initially the company gave the promised interest which i used to collect personally. But since the month of may 2013 they stopped to pay the same. Instead they started to give dates for the payment and payed only about 8 thousand rupees since then.The laketown p.s has denied to take any complaints against the company. Should i go for an R.T.I followed by a P.I.L against the court order that allows them to continue the fraudulent business. Can i expect help from the consumers forum.Many of my friends are also suffering from the same.

dear sir, myself Sumanta Das. My mother is a bond holder in MPS Greenery developers ltd. My family used to get MIS on a fixed day per month. Nowadays in every month i need to go more than thrice to office to get my money. It is said from the MPS branch office at durgapur that the agents does the business, collects money and then the investers get their MIS and obviously this disaster is started after sarada's drowning. My question is that, why should the local agents do business and then investers will get MIS, what the company is doing? (N.B;: some agent told me that the money MPS incomes through business is spend over the salary of office staff and maintainance. if it is so then make me clear the role of marketting agent and the company..) Another thing is that if mps greenery developers ltd is out of any charges then why this disaster happend at all..as per the news paper articles are published in notice board and facebook. Some of the agents and manager of the branch office in durgapur told that what is going on is due to disaster. it will be back to its own pace soon.......but they also accuse the bond holders that "before the disaster bond holders got their money regularly , then why do they not keep patience now?" For the agents who bear this mentality , i would like to tell them that many family have invested their whole savings in mps greenery by withdrawing their money from post office, and banks. Many of them lives on this MIS. if they do not get their money in proper time how do they live?.............Agents like this bitter mentality must ask themselves what do they say when in a airconditioned room the power goes off? i think their first inpression may be " oh! its gone again", nobody says " oh it served so much time. let it take rest for some time"................if this is the mentality to a instrument or to the power company , how do these so called agents throw nasty statements to investors whos family lives on MIS. if anybody like to answer my humble queries kindly don't say sorry on behalf of these agents or managers. say about the actions that people can take or what you can take at all.........and obviously about the status of company against the disaster and when it is expected to overcome? i am sorry if my words hearts any body but it's true. thanking you, Sumanta Das MIS bond holder in MPS greenery development ltd.
