I AM AGAIN FORWARDING THE WHOLE EPISODE REGARDING WITHDRAW THE BILL RAISED IN VIEW OF MY SUBMISSION OR PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I HAVE TO DEPOSIT WITH OUT PENALTY UNDER PROTEST.AS THE LAST DATE WAS 23RD OCTOBER 2013.since i am not getting any response from any corner- please help I am at remote place can not persue you personally so please help me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Reference the tel com discussion, again I am informing that, I am having electric connection IVRS no. [protected] /old service no.[protected] .Please see the attached bill.
In the m/o September first week my meter was detached by MPEB person Mr.Choudhary on account of checking .He himself confirmed from Customer Care Shalimar Township that I am at Delhi and house was locked and then took my mobile number from Customer Care and informed me on 5th September 2013 at Delhi about detachment of Electric Meter .The replaced electric meter was reinstalled on 4th Oct.2013, and that too after my several telephonic requests to Mr Choudhary and Mr.Saurabh Sahu that shows full month there was no meter and also house is also locked and vacant, hence there was no consumption still I have received the bill to pay Rs. 5090.00 as charges of electricity.For the last one month I am persuing it but no one is responding the real reason of charges since last date is 23 Oct.2013 I am much worried .
I want to know the basis of charges-- whether it is on account of meter test report or some other reason..., please let me know I will be much obliged, since I am at Delhi I can't persue personally.So please help me.
I would be obliged to have response.
