Payment against service connection no.[protected] for the period April 2017-May 2017 of Rs.1463 was made by me through debit card on 28th May 2017.
The acknowledgement has not been received though the amount has been debited from the account, nor have we received a mail confirming the payment.

Dear sir
I am paying online payment since long but this time trying to pay since last two days but not able to pay because the payment window shows 0.00 payment. But when i select the window of view the bill then it shows rs. 670.00. When i click pay now then it shows minimum rs.25.00 has to billed then you can pay.
Please look in to the matter and resolve my problem....
