Mr. Fit — product fraud.. | |
I ordered a sohna steam bell from mr fit. What i received is a sweat belt which was supposed to be free with it anyway. They have added one more for the road. I paid rs.1499 for a product which is for rs.300 on amazon. Looking at all the complaints from 2000 1617 on this forum i’m assuming they have been into this fraud business for ever and no action has been taken. I have called him so many times on the no provided. I have mailed them so many times asking them for a return. No one has bothered to reply back or to pick up the call. When i did a cash on delivery option. A lady called me and asked me to pay it online. Which i did. I think that is their modus operandi. Because they know they’re sending wrong products and cheating. Stupid for people like us to fall for them also. But i really hope some action will be taken sometime as that is the whole point of this consumer complaint forum. Imagine how much money they must be making of people and not paying any taxes on it. And continuing with this fraud now for years. There are numbers and email provided. But no one ever ever replies. The biggest fraud is when you place an order and when you get an invoice from them it does not have name of the product which you have ordered but it has some random numerical numbers. There fraud is that deep. I had to write to them to ask them to send my product as they had completely disappeared and for the sake of saving there as they send me this silly belt so in case if there is a complaint against them they can show that.
