I ordered slim fit belt from mr. fit site but the delivered product is not according to size so tried to call customer care helpline but they didn't accept call or even not replying to my mail of returning product.
it is a fraud company please beware before ordering something. I am gonna file FIR against this company....

I have ordered a Mr.fit bracelet from the website Mr.fit.in but received a different brand bracelet and its not even turning on after charging it. And the company is not replying to my emails and even not replying to the phone number provided on the website. May be they have blocked my number as well....

I ordered a sauna belt with order no.[protected]. It was mentioned on site that it is buy 1 get 1 offer and has vibration control system but when i received the product; it was a sweat belt free with 1 sauna belt and it did not have vibrating system with it. I have talked with their customer service representative but the response is not adequate. Please do the needful by refunding my money as the actual vibrating device which is available...

I have made an order "original slimming belt" on 3rd dec 2017 and done online payment. I could check the status as "refunded" is showing from more than one week ago since product is out of stock. The refunded amount has not been received till now even more than a week passed.
