Mr. Fit Tracker — fit tracker band

This is Divya Here, My Brother have ordered Fit Tracker Band from the website https://www.fittracker.in on 14th June 2018.The delivery of the product was made on my home address delhi and payment mode through cash & its on time which I appericate.
But the Band quality was too bad. and even the lock is not good. so I mailed on([protected]@fittracker.in) to refund the product and I want my money back. I even made a call on office no. at working hours.
Since from 15th june 2018 I used to chase but haven't received any kind of sinle revert or a call from this company.
ITS REALLY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY.
I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
AS THERE T&C IS 7 DAY REFUND POLICY.

NEED REVERT AND REFUND THE PRODUCT AT ANY COST...
