MRF — Bad quality product and very poor customer service

MRF Tyres is an Indian company which provides POOR quality tyres for various vehicles in the Indian market. To provide a Very BAD service the company has opened MRF Tyres customer care centre which will provide all possibilities of NOT MANUFACTURING DEFECT. With all these POOR services the company has listened and NEVER understood the customers needs and tried to fulfill them. If anyone wants to register any complaint against MRF Tyres there is NO WAY rather than a small stupid form on their website. Now the company have over 16, 000 employees who dont know how to speak to its CUSTOMERS. MRF Ltd crosses gross revenue mark of ₨ 10, 000 crores by cheating the customers.
