Hi iam using ford ecosport trend which i bought on october- 2013, Just 1 week before when i was taking turn towards my right side my front left tyre ran above a stone which caused my tyre to tearup suddenly, after that i registered an complaint through one of MRF dealer on 26/01/14, after that i got an confirmation message from the company saying that complaint is registered for your tyre 195/65r15 91t zv2k TL under no[protected]si no [protected]) on 28/01/14 5.24pm, after just 10 min by 5.34pm i got an another message saying that they regret inability to accept the complaint, now why iam here is that i dont mind about rejecting my request but they should have a courtesy to give a call or intimation about why they rejected this case, I know they are the market leaders in this segment but if you going to treat your customer like this dont expect you people going to loose that very soon...from now anyway i wont suggest nor use MRF here after...
