I have to file complaint against mrf dealer and the defective product viz. Tube. On 25/26.05.2019 i wrote on official website of mrf to provide me e mail address of competent authority of mrf, after that talked 4 times on customer care toll free number cumulatively on 27.05.2019 and 2.05.2019 but no one responded. Even after talking with customer care representative the email address or the link of the competent officer of mrf is not provided to me proves and explains that mrf does not want to give receipt of acknowledgement of complaint. My complaint in written form is ready from 24.05.2019 but the filing of complain is getting delayed because email adress of competent authority or the section looking complaints of customers is not provided. Is this not a nonsense of mrf with request to provide the mail address of the competent authority who deals about complains in mrf for mrf two wheeler tube section and mrf dealer on aurangabad-jalna highway.
