MRF Tyres — Air bubble in mrf tyres of ford ecosports

Dear sirs, i have purchased a new ford eco-sports, titanium model from cargo motors p ltd. Vadodara, on 01/06/2015, which has run only 2500 km, and the left side front wheel is having air bubble in it, i have raised my complaint to the dealer and as per their guidance i have deposited rs. 6200.00 to the mrf dealer universal sales at chhani jakat naka vadodara, and they assured me for reimburse money. But they have not reimburse any money yet. They said tyre was rejected. We are now forced to go to consumer court if the issue is not resolved within 30 days. Chandrakant b girachh.
