I am reaching out about an issue that had occurred with both of front tyres of my vehicle and has caught bubble before completion of 1 year from date of purchase and has completed 10000kms recently.
I am very unsatisfied with the quality of tyres MRF has provided and encountered very bad experience as we are using it for first time.It is really raising a question on the reliability of products that MRF supplies. So, just wanted to know what the company can do to maintain the customer relationship.
And we are looking for quick resolution on this issue with replacement at earliest convenience.
