MRF Tyres — Claim of 8 MONTH old tyre of Maruti Brezza

Respected Sir/Ma'am I have bought brand new Maruti Breeza in which MRF Wanderer Tyre was installed. Sir I have driven 10000 km only with tyres but one of them was accidently punchered during my journey. I have visited the Maruti Dealer they inspect provide me a warranty letter addressed to MRF dealer Saharanpur for change/replace the tyre. But MRF dealer of Saharanpur, UP denied me to receive the tyre and he told me that Company is not accepting the claim tyre. After my several requests he agree to receive my claim but again told that he will send the tyre after one month. He didn't mention the date on Doct. Kindly help me for considering my request of replace the tyre.
