MRF Tyres — company not realise my tyre

Dear sir.

My tyre no [protected] and [protected] (700/r.15)
Both tyre are submit for replacement due to air consume in tyre.. Date of submit 12/06/19,
Shop name manohar tyre centure chinsura, after 50 days latter they told me. Mrf company not replaced your tyre.. Plz collect your tyre.

But both tyre are only use 5 month.
