MRF Tyres — Complaint for bad quality product ,unsolving warranty claim and rude behaviour and non cooperation from the registered dealer.

Dear MRF Customer Service Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I, Pinak Paul, am writing to bring to your attention a matter o[censored]tmost concern regarding my recent experience with MRF tires and a MRF dealer. I purchased a set of MRF tires and tubes (Model:165D12LT SAVARI N8 and LT165D12 INS TUBE) for my vehicle on 23rd June 2023 and 28th July 2023 respectively, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the product and the customer service provided by one of your authorized dealers.
I encountered a problem with both of the tires, which was still within its warranty period. The tire developed severe damage that was not due to any negligence on my part, but rather a manufacturing defect. When I approached the dealer (Dealer Name:Hiya tyres - post raipur maheshtala mobile no- [protected]) from whom I purchased the tires, I expected a smooth warranty claim process. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the dealer exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and respect. The staff and the manager at the dealer's outlet displayed rude and unhelpful behavior, making it difficult for me to even discuss the warranty claim. Their attitude was both unprofessional and unbecoming of an authorized MRF dealer.
Secondly, despite my repeated attempts to explain the warranty situation, the dealer refused to process the claim for the damaged tire and told that they will not help me and give me solutions. This unwarranted behavior was not only frustrating but also in direct violation of my rights as a customer with a valid warranty.
I would like to draw your attention to the warranty terms and conditions and request that you kindly investigate this matter and ensure that your dealers adhere to the agreed-upon warranty terms. A copy of both the bills including invoice number is attached to this email for your reference.
I kindly request that MRF intervenes in this matter promptly, either by directing the dealer to honor the warranty or by providing guidance on how to proceed with my warranty claim. I believe in the quality of MRF products and hope that this issue can be resolved amicably.
Please let me know the steps MRF will take to address this issue and ensure that such unprofessional behavior is not repeated in the future. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter and to continue enjoying the quality and service I expect from MRF. I want immediate actions regarding this otherwise I will move to consumer forum for this type of product and behaviour as well as for this type of harrasment also.
