MRF Tyres — Complaint for defective tubeless tyre

Respected sir/madam,
I have purchased a tubeless tyre for my bike from Rajesh motors, Bus stand, Alwar via - bill no. - 2763 date 6/10/2020 . This tyre was a defective tyre, it shown some cracks within 15 days . About my complaint I met to seller but he sent me to MRF district office, Alwar . I went there but attendent did not satisfy me and ask me to remove the tyre from bike and take here then we will check, yet my bike was with me and I have parked it in the parking of office but they didn't take any action.
So sir help me, I am feeling helpless . At the end if some mishappening occure due to defect of tyre, it will be responsibility of MRF ( Madras Rubber Factory ) .
