Sir, I have visited BM Tyres, Mehta Bishamber Dass Manohar Lal, MRF Tyres Rajiana, 53 Miles, Distt. Kangra (Himachal Pradesh) on dated 7/10/202 for wheel alignment purposes. In the store, it was observed that one MRF tyer of my car has defected (Manufacture fault) further MRF Branch Manager Mr. Rajeev Mehta advised submitting tyer for replacement as it was in warranty period. Further Mr. Rajeev appraised me to come back for a new tyer as or when I will receive a message from MRF tyers on my mobile number. I have submitted my defaulted tier in the BM MRF store. He also provides me a Claim forwarding Docket receipt. (Copy of docket is attached for your ready reference ). I am bringing to your kind knowledge that I have received a message from MRF tires on 16 October 21 where I have learned that my claim was settled and further I am advised to visit/contact the MRF dealer in the received message. Sir, I have visited MRF store on dated 16 October 21 after receiving the message or advised by Mr. Rajeev on dated 6 Octo.21 for the replacement of tyer. In the store, I have interacted with Mr. Sunny Mehta, Store Manager as Mr. Sanjeev was on leave further I have explained the reason for my visit to Mr. Sunny Mehta. Mr. Sunny Mehta told me that your tire is not received yet from the company and you need to visit again to when your tire will receive. I have appraised Mr. Sunny Mehta that I was advised by Mr. Sanjeev Mehta to visit the store soon you will receive a message of settlement on your mobile from MRF. I also told Mr. Sunny that no other information was provided to me regarding replacement guidelines of tyers by Mr. Sanjeev on 6 Octo. 21. Sir, Mr. Sunny has started arguing with me and tried to defend his collogue fellow Mr. Sanjeev. He told that we appraising everything to the customer at the time of submission of a claim. He also told me that you need to come to the store before confirmation on the store Phone number. I HAVE TOLD HIM THAT NO PHONE NUMBER IS MENTIONED IN THE DOCKET PROVIDED BY MR. SANJEEV. Sir, I have told him that I was not explained anything by Mr Sanjeev regarding replacement guidelines except phone message, which has been appraised by him on 16 October 2021, also no phone number was mentioned on the Claim forwarding docket, so unable to contact him before visiting the store. (copy of claim forward docket is containing no phone number of store attached for your ready reference). There is also no signage displayed in the store where customers should read about the tyers replacement guidelines and other information. Sir, Mr. Sunny has tried to manipulate and defend his fellow manager in the whole conversation. Sir, the distance between the MRF store and my home was 16 Kms. (To and fro ) also, I have wasted my valuable time. I felt totally harassed and downhearted by dealing done by the store manager. Hence you are requested to look into the matter and take action against the defaulter so that nobody should face what I have faced in the MRF store in the future.
