Dear sir / mam,
Hi i purchased four new tyres for my honda city zx mrf no. (175x65x14 zslk tl) from authorized dealer located in punjabi bagh east with the name of pal tyre dated - 11 / 08 / 2014 at 73, 000 km, as my car is now on 81, 000 km only and the front two tyres are worn out completely and 100% damaged, as these tyres are still in warranty but the dealer refused to change them and instead of that said it is completely our fault as the car's alignment is out, we would like to raise a complaint against that dealer and ravinder singh who is manager of mrf tyre because he was present at that time who again said that we will not receive any kind of compensation as the complaint will go directly to him, this is pure unprofessional behavior and false commitment made to customers by mrf dealer's which is not acceptable, i would request to kindly look into this matter and hope to get a positive resolution.
