[Resolved]  MRF Tyres — Manufacturing defect in Cat Tyres

Sir, I purchased new Maruti Dezire fitted with MRF set tyres on 17/09/2012 from Maruti's Dealer in Mohali (Punjab) near Chandigarh. The tyres have done only 17000 kms. The car has started giving some tyre noise while driving. On getting the same checked from Maruti's Authorised Service Centre, I have been given to understand that the sound owing to two of the four tyres having developed manufacturing defect. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and get the tyres replaced as 17000 kms. can in no way be termed as the life of the tyres of a highly reputed Company such as MRF and also that the same have developed manufacturing defect.
