MRF Tyres — new tyre damaged

Purchased new tyre in april-2018. Complaint no is [protected].

I am regular buyer and buying 24 tyres in ludhiana. But response from service engineer is really pathetic, tyre run mileage is only 1500 km, tyre got seperation from sidewall.

Kindly look into this matter resolve otherhwise it is very difficult to purchase the tyres as we are in transport association of ludhiana market-punjab.
