Dear sir.

We had installed new tyres and has run 13000 kms but suddenly the tyres got bursted. With below load capacity of 13 tons. Kindly take action and give the trye in return. As we are the customer of mrf from past 20 years for our 4 trucks. But ur team is regrated the complaint. This kind of response is not acceptable. Kindly see into the issue. Or else we have to raise the complaint to higher authority

My new baleno car tyre burst at only 10000 km run, i have taken written letter from nexa as per procedure and visit MRF Dealership twice in panipat but no resolution yet. They give me a contact number of his employee who will visit or inspect my car tyre for further action, i have told him evrythng but he is not picking up my call
