MRF Tyres — No proper response

I had brought a Ford Figo Car in October 2010 with MRF tyres prefixed to it. One of the tyre had an issue with Air Bubble and I started to get replaced from MRF authorised dealers from one shop to another and to another. Even after an year our problem has been not solved. I'm really frustrated with the behaviour of your staff. With this type of customer support, I would definitely say to all of my known persons not to buy any MRF tyres. The worst ever customer service I had seen in many years, after an year also I didn't get my problem solved the service engineer who took my call was Ravi - [protected] and my tyre number is [protected]
