MRF Tyres — NO RESPONSE FOR CLAIM

I MAHESH NARANG gone to MRF Showroom on 1/4/2015 to see my car tyre vide Serial Number [protected]. They filled a Claim Forwarding Docket Ref No. 47017 and said wait for 3 days for Solution of your query. But there is no response from Showroom as well as Company. What happened with my tyre, I don't know. This is the service given by MRF Ltd. Company. Please resolve my Problem as soon as possible.
