MRF Tyres — non puncture flat tyre

I own a tata hexa. One tyre gets flat within a week eventhough its not punctured and the valve too is intact. There is no air leakage between the tyre and alloy wheel. I have checked the tyre many a times but no puncture detected. I have taken out the wheel and immersed in water tank to find out puncture but in vain. The running of my car is just 14000 kms and no signs of wear n tear noted.

The odometer is less than 14k kms in 15mons and both the tyres have got a lot of punchers. I ride only on city roads and very rare in off country side. I really hate it when it gets puncher like this. The bike is really good but the tyres are making me hate it. I need a replacement of both the tyres. Faulty product I have received I believe.
