MRF Tyres — Received a damaged tyre.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We got a damaged bike tyre (pics attached with this mail). The tyre has been torn from side. It seems to be dangerous on road dur to this tyres. We are facing many problems due to tyre and filling mentally harassed due to frequent puntures. We request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
