MRF Tyres — replace tyre

sir /ma'am, i have a truck i am using mrf tyres .few days ego tyre got blast.my truck was not on road.it was standing.i gave it at mrf shop.they tell me you will get a massage. and i got this massage-"Dear customer, We regret inability to accept No.[protected]Sl.No.2JAN14) as claim as no manufacturing defect found. Contact Dealer or [protected]%" and this one -Dear customer, We regret inability to accept No.[protected]Sl.No.[protected]) as claim as no manufacturing defect found. Contact Dealer or [protected]. i want to change my tyre.please sir help me for this replacement.thank you
