MRF Tyres — replacement of mrf make tyre under warranty

My name is dheeraj gupta phone no. [protected]. There is problem in my mrf tyre which conformed by honda service center. My mrf tyre is under warranty period, but in mrf tyre agency they told me that there is no problem in tyre which have grip problem in it, conformed by honda service center. Details are:-

claim accepted against payment of 1912 where it is a manufacturing defect. The outer layer (hairs) is still intact.
For manufacturing defect you must replace the product without cost.
Never expected a brand like MRF to cheat customers like this.
