MRF Tyres — rude behaviour of praveen kumar working with mrf-[protected])

Dear team mrf,
Would like to bring your kind notice that i am your loyal customer sinch 2003, and using your product (In my 4 vehicles) without any grievances, ist time i am writing this mail with profound grief.

I have bought mrf tyre (155 65 r 13) from yogi enterprises -18, jhilmil industrial complex, gt road new delhi on 01.01.2015 for my car no dl9cs 1603.

On 20 sep at around 10.15 am i have called yogi enterprises and informed mr. Manoj on ([protected]) that there is one bubble reflecting in tyre purchased from your showroom he replied that i need to visit his showroom for it s inspection, while coming to store tyre was got deflated in front o[censored]nderpass of jhilmil located in front of yogi enterprises, but in underpass i was not able to replaced that, when i reached yogi enterprise i bought another mrf tyre and have submit my old tyre for claim. I got sms on 21 sep 11.34 am that my claim got registered[protected] and on 18.21pm, i got another message that my claim got rejected.

On 22 sep i had called mr. Manoj to understand the reason but he shared the number of praveen kumar ([protected]) working with mrf tyres, hence i have called him on 22 sep at 11.45 am and shared same text (Which i received from mrf) with him (He simply replied that your tyre has been rejected due to run flat) after that text i have tried for his number on 22 sep at around 13.22 he replied that i am having 100 of customers like you and i am not bound to pick your call on 23 sep i have again text him and asked for his response, on 23 sep he confirmed on sms that he will revert on 25 sep then again he has not reverted.

On 26 sep i have tried his number many a times finally he picked my call at around 19.35 and replied very rudely that your claim has been rejected by me you don’t know how to use tyre and what would be my benefit if i approve your claim.

I was really surprised after listening that word from professional staff who is working with reputed organisation.

I am feeling that i have bought that tyre from an individual rather than known brand which is known for its commitment and trust.
Really feeling sad after imposter conduct of mr. Praveen kumar who is exploiting the name of mrf.

Now plz suggest what should i do, should i really continue to getting harassed from a person like mr. Praveen kumar and that too without any personal reason.
