Purchased a scooter tyre from MRF dealer L N Enterprises, SLN complex, Mysore road Kengeri, BANGALORE 560060.with Bill Number 26724 on 10.02.2024.on cash. On 25th January 2025 I noticed an air bubble on that tyre, I frightened and immediately drove to the MRF dealer to show him the air bubble.and asked him to remove the defective tyre and replace with the new one.and paid cash for new tyre. Now my humble request with you that please examine the tyre thoroughly, for the defective position which has been yellow mark by the dealer. MRF Tyres customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 01, 2025 Updated by vijayarama Company customer redressal team unable to trace defect on rejected tyre, very shameful. Respond immediately.
