We were purchased Set of 4 MRF TYRE on 20.11.2020 from AGRAWAL TYRES, 522, CHANDAN NAGAR, NAGPUR[protected]/65R14 79H ZLX TL) with guarantee/warranty of 5 year/60000 KM.
Within a very short period of 9 months from the date of purchased, tyre of your company was brusted during running of Car (front tyre of left side). Fortunately any unpleasant incident not happened. Afyer that we have been contacted to AGRAWAL TYRES but neither responded nor replaced our tyre. Thereafter we were approached to service centre MRF FAST at NAGPUR but they also not responded and not released tyre.
The leader company of the segment not fulfilling their commitment toward their customers for products failed on quality and merit of the product. What means guarantee/guarantee policy of the company. How customer believes on your dealer and service centre.
Please look into the matter and give us replacement of tyre immediately, otherwise we are free to approach Consumer Forum for loss and risks of human life involved in the incident.
