Dear Customer care,
I had maruti swift VDI & while purchase all the tyres were of MRF the so called premium tyre. My first tyre damaged when it got punctured & I took the vehicle in the same fashion for 500m for repair.
After repair it was observed that vehicle is vobblling si I had taken up with Maruti as I thought they will owe the responsibility. But as I had taken 500m as is condition I had been convinced that it was my fault. Anyhow i had accepted then replaced the tyre. This had happened after @30, 000 km. but now suddenly @40000 km I had observed frequent puncture in tyre also buldging. so I had submitted the tyre at Shri Sai Auranagabad with claim no.[protected]sl. no.[protected])which was rejected as not manufacturing defect. Now 3 rd tyre also is having the similar kind of issue so I had interacted with customer care & they are asking to submit the tyre for inspection But now I am using tubeless tyre of MRF with tube. As 3 tyres in sequence got damaged I expect MRF to come forward & provide me FOC 1 tyre so the damaged tyre can be submitted to co. I am expecting response on this.
