I want to share my worst experience with mrf dealer and complain officer in mrf training center in guindy chennai.
At 2pm, i reached mrf dealer in pergundi padamavati.. With tyre issue facing uncomfortable while driving. Due to existint customer in queue.. My car was attended at 3.30pm.. Technician advised that one tyre has bulged so advised to got to mrf training center at guindy 10km away. Complain officer will immediatley inspect and replace it. I reached at 4 pm, complain officer first didnt agree to inspect as there is pending work which will finish at 5.30 so requested me to go again further 10km at gopalpuram mrf office. I denied as for office.. And gundy already 25 km journey done.. Requested him to please attend it or atleast check tyre.. He asked from which state you belong... I didnt answer him.. Did first preliminary check and said cannot see bulge so asked me to call senior technician.. Who didn't answer my call but spoke to complain officer... Again waited 1 hr.. My car went to work shop at ramp.. He inspected again and said backside both tyre is wobbling do issue is wheel balancing and not with tyre... Asked me to go back to same 10 km pergundi mrf dealer do wheel balancing and rotate tyre... Requested him to do at same place but was denied the service as.. That center 3 machine available is only for mrf company.. Didnt trust him. But had no choice.. Went back and reached mrf dealer at 6.39 pm.. Technician did inspect and wheel balancing and found one tyre 105 g is used and as per comments as bulge issue... Wheel balancing cannot be so much... I felt like harrasment.. Pathetic service from last 6 hours... Big brand name... Share price 20000... Customer service 0 zero...
Finally devi madam in dealer office.. Called district manager of mrf and he asked to raise complain and leave tyre there.in dealer place and from there it will be sent to guindy office for inspection. I was lost in the whole process of mrf dealing with customer.. I have no words... Was this information helpful? |
