MRF Tyres — tyre bulging

I am using pajero, the tyre used is mrf zvrl, 265/70r15. During running the tyre got punctured. After the puncture is fixed and tyre was inflated it was found that the tyre got bulged along the side. The tyre is now unable to use. Its a defect of the product. Please make necessary arrangements to replace the product as early as possible. The images and video of the product is attached..

Toal 12, 000 km runned on the tyre, bulging like bubbles are appered on the tyre. Bubbles are bulges iut on right side of the tyre. What can be done with it. Waiting for your replay.
