MRF Tyres — tyre has been broken after 9 months o[censored]sage. (only 14000 km)

Sir,
I have purchased my vehicle in july 2019, only 14000 km ran till now. But miserably my tyre of ameo car has been broken. I have approached my local shops for repairing but they said its irrepairable. There is a cut at the side of the tyre.

Im very sad. Will i get the warranty for my tyre. Will it be replaced.
Please consider my case, im from kottayam, kerala.
