I had given the complain on the company website and then given all the data on my cost and MRF asked me to give my car wheel alignment data 6 month old and now bot i arranged on my cost and then as usual excuse that it is normal wear and tear with out factual justification.
only on Ad MRF claimed that they are word class company and caters word class product but it is not truth in my case and several other case and company is not willing to take the customer feed back and they dont have mechanism also.
I totally upset with this company and people useless.

MRF Tyres customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I bought a new Suzuki gixxer about a few months back. And in the last 3 months every time I take out the bike for a ride the tyres always gets punctured. It has been about 25 punctures till now. The tyres get punctured at regular interval of periods.
I have complaint about it online several times but no one replied to it.
