I bought a new Honda Jazz iDETC VX variant car in the month of Feb 2018 the car has done 2200KMS so far and within this my left side rear tyre inner side wall ruptured, the PSI was set as recommended. I took it to MRF reclaim center as it is in warranty and they have rejected the claim telling that a stone has hit the tyre hence it is a physical damage. I am now wondering how delicate the tyre is for a stone hit the tyre has torn ironically I was driving at a speed of 100kmph. Please find the pictures attached

I am customer of your brand(MRF), 2017 I bought a new car from Suzuki ciaz(2017 may)and 3 -4 days back I was coming from Jamshedpur and suddenly my tyre got burst. and after that I called to your MRF team in Ranchi but that guy talk me very rudely I never seen such type of guy with bad attitude, he don't know how to talk to a customer a bloody fellow, I told him that my tyre got burst while driving but he didn't listen and given me a rejection slip, I never seen such a bad service in my life with no educated employees or dealer. And I just want to know you guys are giving a 6 year guaranteed for what, please find the below details of that dealer of employees and my tyre, what customer need is best service after all customer is paying money then only they are expecting the service from company side.
