MRF Tyres — Tyres punctured from sideways / malfunction

As i am a very loyal Customer for MRF Tyres ( Make in India) from my early College days using MRF tyres only in my 2 wheeler, Now I am working with media company I have Purchased Honda Amaze in jan 2014 from Sundaram Honda, Hyderabad and within a year only Tyres getting puncture from sides - 3 tyres till now (Not from bottom), i told to dealer also, he also accepted that this is a faulty tyres, but he can help out as you have to call MRF tyres complaint division and get it done, i have tried from long time but not one is giving proper response, so trying my luck on these platform. kindly give replacement of my 3 faulty tyres asap.
