MRF Tyres — Warranty Claim Rejected[protected] Sl No 117)

Dear Team,

I have suzuki acess 125 cc scotter. my scooter have MRF tyres, suddenly back tyre of my scooter created abnormality and bubbling, I discussed this issue with MRF dealer Vinayak Tyres alwar on dtd. 11.10.2020. They told me its happening due to tyres crackage, Reasons behind that is manufacturing defect on any technical issue during production of this tyre.

It will be replace on pro rata basis and they logged CFD against this tyre. I purchased same MRF tyre with 1050 amount and they told that after claim settlement they will refund balance amount as per claim settlement, but MRF company rejected my claim without proper inspecting the tyre.
They are lossing the customer which always belive in MRF tyre Quality
